Friendly and helpful staff that couldn't do enough for us. 15 minute walk to the centre of old town. Smart TV in the room which was great for a rainy day. Good breakfast if you like eggs, on our last day we left before breakfast and they gave us a delicious banh mi to eat at the airport.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with good air conditioning. The Wi-Fi worked well. The location is outside the city center, which we actually like because it places you between the beach, the countryside, and the busy central area.

The lady that runs this hotel was super friendly and helpful. She helped organise our transport to the airport and recommended some tailors in the town too. The location of the hotel is good, its about a 15min walk to the old town and there are some excellent food places nearby too (try Rom bistro). The breakfast was really tasty and there were a few options to choose from. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The main person working, Ha, was incredible. She was super friendly, made us feel welcome from the start, had loads of information for us and was so, so helpful. You can rent a bicycle or scooter from her. She organises tours, bus tickets and taxis and is well connected to other people in the city. The accommodation is great. The rooms are spacious and clean. You get breakfast and there is a pool. Even so the pool are is not the most beautiful, it is still nice to have a pool at all. We stayed in the family room first and it was great. After we extended we had to move to two different rooms. Those were still very spacious but one of them had a musty smell to it. However the rooms were clean and had everything you could wish for.

We loved our stay here! When we arrived the staff at reception were so welcoming and friendly - we were also given recommendations of things to do and places to eat around Hoi An. Our bedroom had 2 double beds, a lovely bathroom (with a powerful shower) and a balcony. We originally only had 2 chairs on the balcony, so we messaged the owner and she immediately brought 2 more chairs! We also loved how the TV had Netflix. The beds themselves were so comfortable and the aircon in the room worked really well. The breakfast was also great and was included in our price for the room. We especially liked how breakfast ran until 10am as it meant we could have a little lie in and still enjoy the home cooked breakfast! Overall we had an excellent experience staying here. We felt so welcomed and the place had great facilities and comfortable beds!

I only stayed one night, but the hotel was everything I could have asked for. The room was large and clean and the bathroom much bigger and nicer than I expected for the price. The location is perfect. Not quite in the old town, but only a short walk or bicycle ride away. I walked and it was fine. The staff were wonderful and friendly and ready to help with anything and thankfully could speak English, which isn't always the case. The breakfast in the morning was also good. A limited choice, but done well and big enough to set you up for the day. It was a really good place to stay, and for the price, I would recommend to anyone.

Very comfy bed and spacious room and we liked the openness of the bathroom too. They were incredibly helpful at reception when we arrived showing us what was around and things we could go and do plus, we were able to check in early. The villa itself is very open and bright in the middle and very clean throughout. Breakfast options were also great!! If you want to go to the beach and the old town it’s a nice place as it’s closer to the middle of the 2. They offer bikes to cycle around which makes travelling easier

Breakfast was always nice! Egg, noodle or rice options with baguette, including a drink and fruit! The staff were all fantastic, so lovely and helpful (especially the receptionist Ha). They let us check out late and offered without us even having to ask! The walk to the old town is nice and mostly off busy roads.

We have some amazing accommodations here. It’s really close to the city center, and it only takes us about 10 minutes to get into town. We’ve never met such helpful staff; they’re truly eager to assist, super sweet, and just incredibly friendly. Wow. We can’t thank the receptionist enough for her helpfulness.
